Orders are processed and shipped by the next business day via UPS Ground from Minneapolis. In the event of out of stock items and manufacturer backorders, customers will be notified by phone.
All orders over $25.00 include shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S.!

Return Policies
D.M.E. will refund the purchase price within 30 days of most purchases. Packages must be unopened and returned to us by the customer at our address below. A full refund will be given minus the original cost charged to D.M.E. by UPS for the shipping charges that were included in the price of the original order.
Hygienic items such as bath benches, toilet seats, and anything else that would need to be sterilized or washed after use cannot be returned for sanitary purposes. All products are sold new, therefore returns must be the same condition.
